Return Policy – Alpine Shilajit Pakistan

1. When Can You Return a Product?

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged, leaked, or broken
  • The product is expired or faulty
  • The seal was damaged before opening

We always take full responsibility in such cases.


2. Conditions for a Valid Return

To approve your return, please make sure:

  • The product is unused
  • The packaging is in original condition
  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
  • You share clear photos/videos of the issue (for proof)

This helps us process the return quickly and fairly.


3. When Returns Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • You changed your mind after receiving the product
  • You provided the wrong address or delivery details
  • You refused the parcel without a valid reason

For hygiene and safety, opened shilajit cannot be returned.


4. Replacement or Refund

Once your return is approved:

We will send a new product at no extra cost.

Refund (if applicable)

Refunds apply only to damaged/wrong products.
If you paid in advance, the refund will be processed after:

  • We receive the returned product
  • It passes inspection

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders cannot be refunded in cash, but we can send a replacement.
