Cancellation Policy – Alpine Shilajit Pakistan
1. How to Cancel Your Order
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped by contacting us through:
- Phone call
Just share your order number or name, and we will cancel it for you—no questions asked.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped or is on the way:
- It cannot be cancelled, because the parcel is already with the courier.
- If you still do not want the parcel, you may simply refuse to accept it when the rider arrives.
(But please avoid unnecessary refusals to help us keep delivery costs fair.)
3. Fake or Repeated Cancellations
We highly value genuine customers.
If someone repeatedly places orders and cancels/refuses them without reason, we may temporarily limit future orders to maintain a fair service for everyone.
4. Paid Orders (If Applicable)
If you paid in advance (bank transfer):
- Cancellation before shipping = Full refund
- Cancellation after shipping = Refund is not possible until we receive the product back in unused condition.
5. Changes to Orders
If you want to change your address, phone number, or product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try our best to update the order before it is shipped.
